Every week a list is printed of everything for sale in Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone, Wildernest and Silverthorne. This is divided up by type of property. Homes, cabins, duplexes, and townhomes are on one list, condominiums and land each have their own list. They are also separated by the towns/communities. You can search the Summit County MLS here (you will need to use Internet Explorer Browser for it to work) The lists are in excel, so it would be possible to email them to you, but to give you better service, I like to send you information on specific properties that would meet your needs, plus some of the local real estate sales magazines. When you ask for the lists I'll need you know your name, mailing address (snail mail) and what you are looking for. How do you plan on using the property?
