JANUARY

10th -16th - Ullr Fest - Breckenridge - Celebrate
snow, cold, fun and partying with parades, snow sculpting, the
Ullympics, and the dating game. Events thoughout the week.

26th - February 7th - Budweiser International Snow
Sculpture Championships - Breckenridge - The 26th-31st is sculpting
week. Come out and watch the teams create the sculptures. February
1st-7th is the official viewing week for the creations.
FEBRUARY
-
6th - Spontaneous Combustion - Frisco - A community
bonfire to kick-off the Gold Rush Weekend event. Bonfire at dusk and
fireworks at 7:30pm at the Frisco Bay Marina.

6th - Annual Beacon Bowl and Avalanche Awareness Day -
A-Basin - Beacon Bowl entrants compete to find a buried beacon the
fastest. Also test out the newest avalanche gear and attend clinics.
All proceeds go to the Colorado Avalanche Information Center.

7th - 49th Annual Frisco Gold Rush - Frisco - Nordic
and snowshoe races to benefit the Summit Nordic Ski Club.

13th - Bacchus Ball - Breckenridge - Mardi Gras
kick-off celebration.

16th - Mardi Gras in the Mountains - Breckenridge -
Parade followed by festivities in pubs and restaurants throughout the Town.

26th-28th - Telemark World Cup - Keystone

27th-28th - Betty Fest -Keystone - Bringing women
together for 2 days of skiing and riding in a fun environment.
MARCH

5th - Winter Culinary Festival - Keystone -Experience
award winning cuisine at this resort wide event, including wine
tasting, and other events.

6th - Tubbs to Stomp Out Breast Cancer Race - 9am-2pm

28th-29th - Colorado Special Olympics Games - Copper -
The culmination of the winter sports season for special Olympians.
APRIL

1st-20th - Spring Massive Celebration - Breckenridge -
Live music, family fun and on-mountain competitions celebrating
Spring skiing and the end of the season.

3rd-10th - USASA Nationals - Copper - Top regional
finishers are invited to compete in slopestyle, superpipe,
boardercross, slalom, and giant slalom events in the quest to become
National Champions.

4th - Easter Egg Hunt - Frisco - 12-1pm on Main St
with 5000 candy filled eggs to be found.

4th - Colorado's Largest Easter Egg Hunt - Copper -
50,000 eggs to be found. This is an all ages event with special
"Copper Eggs" redeemable for great prizes.

4th - Beach and Egg Hunt - A-Basin - The Easter bunny
visits for an Easter Egg hunt on skis (and foot)!

10th - Annual Save Our Snow Celebration - A-Basin - An
environmentally friendly fundraiser for High Country Conservation Center.

10th-11th and 17th-18th - Sunsation - Copper - Snow,
sun and live music brings the celebration of the end of the ski
season at Copper.

11th - Keystone Closing Day.

21st - KSMT's Locals Day - A-Basin - Local radio
station, KSMT, throws a huge party to celebrate YOU!
