Right on Keystone Lake - watch the paddle boats in the summer and ice skaters in the winter. Shopping and conference center nearby and free shuttle to the slopes. One bedroom with 876 square feet and fully furnished. $288,500. In Silverthorne a two bedroom two bath condo in Rainbow Village for $210,000. These were selling for around $250K just two years ago. Great location across from Rainbow Park and the rec center. Top floor with extra storage in the attic. Lender News ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rates are hanging in there. Still around 5%, condo financing is available too. All depends on the property, the buyer's credit score, income, cash reserves and down payment. I know good lenders, let me put you in touch. Continuing the vacant land theme, it is possible to get a lot loan too. I talked to Alpine Bank one of our local banks, of course the loan depends on the property, credit score, etc. and they would like you to bank with them, but they can do a loan with 25% down, amortized over 15 years with a 3 year balloon, right now the interest rate would be around 7.5%.
