in this issue Ahh.... June in Summit County, I think it's my favorite time. Bright green hillsides. Lakes are filling up, snow covered peaks - it's just great. Though we did have snow last week. It's still a great time to look at property in Summit County. Most people are taking their vacations in July and August so the condos are usually easy to get into. If you lived here you could experience this fantastic scenery every day too. Just outside Silverthorne on 17.55 acres with a pond and half mile of the Blue River is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath, 4155 square foot home. The home is a ranch style and has recently remodeled completely. There is also a caretakers house. $4,600,000. You might have noticed the log home 5 miles north of Silverthorne on the east side of Hwy 9. Twenty acres, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath 5737 square foot home for $1,650,000. Just above Highway 9 is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 3024 square foot home on 20 acres for $850,000. On 40 acres is a 5 bedroom 4.5 bath, 7209 square foot home for $2,900,000. On 20 acres adjacent to the Blue River a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath 4565 square foot log home listed at $1,995,000. At the north end of Green Mountain Reservoir is the fantastic home I have listed. 3 bedrooms 3 baths, 5460 square feet on 20 acres. I've got a visual tour you can watch, follow this link. Priced at $1,400,000. Also overlooking the Green Mountain Reservoir, but on the west side of the lake is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 bedroom 2 bath caretaker apartment over the garage. The last home, around 32 miles north of Silverthorne is above the Shadow Creek Ranch (vacant 35 acre lots for over a million), 3 bedroom 3 bath, 3384 square feet on 5 acres for $680,000.
