in this issue All of a sudden it's Summer in Summit County! It was snowing just two weeks ago, the weather changed overnight - literally. Lots of new listings coming on the market too. It's so true and the summers are grand. Hiking, biking, boating, fishing, water skiing, and hang gliding are just a few of the activities that keep people entertained. Our inventory is the largest I've seen in years - so lots of choices. A nice change from the times I've met with buyers and said "I think you would like something in X complex, but there is nothing available" Update on my listings~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's official, we have put the lot my family owns above the Marina in Heeney on the market. It's listed for $199,900 and we will do an owner carry with 20% down for a qualified buyer. The picture was taken from the lot. Here's more information. I've had a couple price reductions. The three bedroom Dillon Valley East condo is now $189,000. and the three bedroom home in Silverthorne is now $530,000. The lake cottage I had for sale last year is back on the market. All depends on the property, the buyer's credit score, income, cash reserves and down payment. I know good lenders, let me put you in touch. The Summit Association of Realtors is working with Congressman Jared Polis to give input on a bill to ease condo financing. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.
