We are having a fabulous autumn! No snow yet except up high. There
are still some aspen leaves on the trees. The last few weeks have been the condos in Wildernest between $200k to $325K Now days the low end of our price ranges. Treehouse Condo complex is a large association where earlier this year there was nothing on the market. Right now there are 9 two bedroom condos on the market. The prices range from $230,000 to $285,000. Almost all have been remodeled to some extent - in fact it's amazing how many have granite counter tops. Three are pending they are all 2 bedroom units or one bedroom plus loft, the listing prices ranged from $$195,000 to $239,000. So far this year 16 units have sold. Three of those have one bedroom the sale prices ranged from $149,900 to $172,000. The 9 two bedroom sales ranged from $$187,000 to $245,000 and the 4 two bedroom plus loft sales were from $265,000 to $284,100. I've also been checking out homes south of Breckenridge. There are a couple very nice log homes in Northstar (Quandary Village) located about 9 miles south of town. Both homes are on a half of an acre with big views and lots of trees. One is 3 bedroom (and another sleeping nook) 3 bath 2370 sq ft for $649,900. The other home is 2380 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and a hot tub on the deck, it's priced at $699,900. Both homes have attached two car garages. The lowest priced two bedroom condo in Frisco is in the Creekside complex. Just one bath and 712 square feet, but nicely updated with wood floors and stone fireplace. The knotty pine cabinets in the kitchen give the condo a real mountain feel.
