in this issue October and the first half of November are a slower time of year in Summit County. Many business close to give the employees a break and/or make changes to there establishments. The downside of that I experienced yesterday - the restraurants that were open for lunch were super busy. The good news for you, if you would have a chance to come to Summit County and look at property is that they are not occupied so it's easy to show them. Condos for sale in Dillon with lake views have been few and far between this past year. So I was excited to see two nice units. For $330,000 a completely redone Lodge at Lake Dillon two bedroom two bath. Ground level. granite countertops, stainless appliances and hardwood floors are just a few of the upgrades. And in Timberline a top floor two bedroom two bath for $339,900. Not as updated but a larger floor plan. Timberline is just across the street from the lake. Both of these units are just blocks from the restaurants in the town of Dillon. Ask me about 3 bedroom condos and townhomes within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge, I think I've been in them all. I really liked Main Street Junction top floor three bedroom three bath with garage. Really nice views toward the ski slopes and over town. Walk out your door and within a block start shopping. Priced at $614,000. A little farther from Main Street is a 3 bedroom 3 bath in Warriors Ridge Townhomes on Broken Lance. Big bright living area and fantastic master bedroom with ski area views. Still walking distance, but the free bus stops just down the street. This is an example of how the price changes when you get away from the center of town, this is priced at $539,000. Ski in ski out in Breckenridge is fun too. I've always liked Antlers Lodge, this is a two bedroom two bath across the street from the Snowflake lift. $460,000.
