It's interesting to compare them to Keystone. Both are self contained resorts and both have the newer condo complexes. To compare the two lowest priced units in each resort. At Keystone it's a Plaza Condo in the Lake Village (need to take the shuttle to the slopes), studio unit for $179,900. At Copper Mountain it's a Peregrine studio for $220,000, both were built in the mid 70's, have indoor parking and less than 500 sq ft. Peregrine is a short walk to the Super Bee Lift. Of the one bedroom units in the newer complexes, at Copper Mountain a Passage Point condo for $295,000, 591 square feet. At Keystone a Buffalo Lodge for $329,500. with 565 square feet. Both are a short walk to the slopes, have indoor parking and were built in 2000 and 1998 respectively. The lowest priced two bedroom units in the newer complexes are Silver Mill at Keystone for $439,900 and at Copper a Tucker Mountain Lodge unit for $475,000. Both are around 850 square feet, built around the same time, sold furnished, have garage parking and are walking distance to the slopes. There's a bigger gap when it comes to three bedroom units. At Keystone the lowest priced newer condo is a Expedition Station for $675,000 and at Copper, Mill Club Condo for $895,000. Both have around 1420 square feet, garage parking, furnished, and a short walk to the slopes.
