-- Update on My Listings Happy New Year! I love the holidays with all the family, friends and food, but now I'm ready for things to get back to normal! Update on My Listings ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In late December I listed a studio unit in the Slopeside complex in Keystone. The location is fantastic, right at the Mountian House, so it is virtually ski-in ski-out. Fully furnished and ready for you to use yourself or continue with the short term rental program. Last year the gross rental was almost $13,000. The seller loves the convient garage parking, first floor location and hot tub just out the door. The unit is listed for $139,900. There are still good choices, and more should slowly be coming on the market.
