in this issue I'm just back from a wonderful week in Mesa Arizona visiting family and seeing the Cubs. A week of seeing green grass and flowers does a world of good this time of year. But I'm still happy to be back home. Just in time for spring break, we are getting more snow in Summit County. Hope you can make it out. 2004 Sales Figures~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As I promissed last month, I've now got the figures from the 2004 Multi-List Sold Book. I wait to get those figures each year so then I can be consistent. In looking at the numbers- I sure felt last year was stronger than those figures reflect. Personally my sales were up 28%, so I figured everyone was up. This first quarter feels very strong too- we'll just have to see what the numbers show. Remodeled with hard- wood floors, and updated kitchen, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2036 sq ft, sun room and hot tub on the deck. Views to the west overlooking the 1st hole at Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Three condos in Wildernest: Two bedroom two bath Deck Gore Condo for $185,000. This unit has been completely rebuilt because while redoing the outside staircase last summer the welder started a fire.
