If you wanted to have your own condominium for the ski season this winter- now is the time to pick one. We still have a good inventory of properties, but in a couple months that will change drastically. Proposed Green Mountain Reservoir Rule Changes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you use the Green Mountain Reservoir you should know about the changes the Forest Service is planning for next summer. Among the changes are increasing camping and use fees, removing out- houses and much more. It is, and he doesn’t have to worry about snow plowing, making sure the water doesn’t freeze, if there is TV reception, security and much more. Treehouse also has a great clubhouse the whole family with enjoy with hot tubs, swimming pool, video games, table games, lounge area with fireplace and quiet nooks. $147,000. These are still available – not my listings but I can sell them. There are some great condominiums for sale in Wildernest: In Buffalo Village a 2 bedroom 2 bath, 972 sq ft condo for $210,000. Fully furnished. Pool and hot tub in the building. In Prospector Village a 2 bedroom 2 bath, 887 sq ft condo for $259,000. Also furnished. Two covered assigned parking spaces. Vaulted ceilings. Clubhouse with pool and hot tubs. In Snowscape a 3 bedroom 3 bath, 1466 sq ft condo for $282,000. Lots of room for the money in this unit. It's furnished and ready to go. Clubhouse with pool and hot tub. Oro Grande Lodge is a newer (built in 2001) complex in Keystone. Not right in the River Run Village (so no transfer tax), but just a short walk away. A large one bedroom (755 sq ft), with ski area views for $225,000. Oro Grande has a very nice lobby and clubhouse area. Frisco is still a very strong market. A couple of one bedroom units have come on the market in Crossroads. They are both on the 2nd floor - so no one above you, both have washer and dryer in the unit. Great for a local or weekend retreat. Prices are $215,000 and $225,000. This townhome in Frisco won't last long. Two bedroom plus loft, two bath and a one car garage, 1517 sq ft. Needs updating but a great setting with an aspen grove out back. Short walk to Main Street Frisco. At the north end of Rainbow Drive in Silverthorne is Blue River Valley Ranch Lakes Estates subdivision. Some of the homes back to wet lands and ponds. One of the small cabins has come up for sale. Right on the Blue River, just north of Silverthorne is a home on an acre listed for $995,000. It has 3000 sq ft, 3 bedrooms plus office.
